This is a great "Scary Monsters" CD insert signed by DB in green felt tip sharpie. Bowie also adds a rare underlined "94". The CD insert has been encapsulated by PSA to protect it forever.

It is in excellent condition with 4 nice square corners. I have attached images before and after the encapsulation process. The images are part of the items description. PSA/DNA certified encapsulated issued #84400364.
